Location was great just between the Hotel Zone and the main Tulum Downtown. We walked several times
Great place, pool is literally right off the back patio. Kitchen was stocked with silverware and dishes. Location was great just between the Hotel Zone and the main Tulum Downtown. We walked several times from the property with no problems. Free Parking onsite, and 24/7 front desk team was there to answer any local questions.
Cleaning was a bit overlooked. Dust piles on fixtures, switches, and grime around the shower. AC is set to cut off after so many hours without movement... BUT that's when you're sleeping too, so the AC would shut off every night about 4am, and we'd be woken up by the (change in) sound, or by the room getting hot and stuffy. Many lights didn't work in the place, built in floor lights burnt out, patio light not working, and others.

Perfect place, accesx to the swimming pool from the terrace was just amasing, kids loced it so much. Everything you need
Everything was perfect. Very comfortable, clean and well furnished.
Cattle didn’t worked, a/c in the living room didn’t worket aswell, or we just didn’t figured out how it’s works, in both bedrooms AC worked fine, and if you don’t like to walk few km per day to the center and back, you must use a car, bike or taxi. But if you like to walk and explore surroundings like we do, you gonna like the location.

Really nice apartment, had a great time and stay.
Location was good, but you need a car to access Tulum's town centre and visit the surroundings. The apartment was good and having access to the pool right away was great and worked really well. The pool was clean as well. The apartment was very cool inside despite high temperatures outside. Also, the apartment beds were very comfy.
The apartment needs a little maintenance (e.g., a bit of mould in the baths and bedrooms due to humidity, a/c probably needs filter change, taps are a little wobbly in the sinks).

We enjoyed the space, the decoration and felt safe. Having the pool accessible from the terrace was fantastic!
The security person at our arrival asked for the flat number, which had not been communicated to us upfront. A salad bowl in the kitchen would have been appreciated.
