    Terrible

    Nothing very much it was one of those places you don’t really want to arrive at after a long travel to be disappointed.

    One for one, the name of the residence as posted here on booking is not actually the name of the building. It’s just a name about sign on the back of the front door of the room which doesn’t help for trying to find the property on maps or even when you get to the reception, do they even know what or where is “Casa do Mira “ is.. Getting in touch with the host was not easy. The door man were not helpful or friendly. The key box was jammed. The room is kitch poorly cleaned and the hot water was scared. I asked to leave but got no response to left the following day with no reimbursement for the lost days..

    A nice stay in Davao

    Nice unit for a short stay in Davao. Host is very easy to communicate to. Bed is comfortable. Condo is clean and comfortable.

    On demand Water heater is a bit on the cool side.
