    A quirky building with a tower that was great to sit in as it was cool with a breeze. It's set in gardens so behind a high wall. Beautiful old shutters on the windows. The team managing it were very responsive and replied to any questions almost immediately. Tucked away but right in the centre of Estoril and a short walk from the beach.

    There was mould on one of the bedroom walls and on the sheer curtains and lampshade- this had been mentioned in comments before so clearly not dealt with. The shower drain had a terrible smell from it- the team did attend straight away and pour cleaner down it and left us with some but this did not solve the problem but they were sending an engineer on the day we left. Again this has been mentioned in previous reviews. The appt is advertised for 6, but even as a family of 4, it was limited space. The bedrooms are large but there is only a 2 seater sofa and the table is an extended countertop with only bar chairs or stools that only really fit 3 round. 4 at push. It would be nice with chairs in the tower to sit and admire the view. We carried chairs up from the garden but then this meant we didn't have chairs downstairs- not a terrible problem just would have been nice.

    A wonderful taste of traditional Portugal.

    A very special property, in the gatehouse of an old estate, with a large and beautiful garden. Very private, behind high walls.

    Only issue was a musty smell, which goes with any old building. The management was. Easy to reach and quick to respond.

    Séjour parfait à Casa de Santa Teresa à Estoril. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. Le logement était propre, confortable, et idéalement situé. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Un grand merci à Carlota pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et toutes ses recommandations de restaurants / café.
