  More Than a Hotel, an Unforgettable Experience ❤️

  This hotel is not just a place to stay; it is truly an experience to remember. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the professionalism, care, and generosity of the team. The staff are attentive even before your arrival, making sure your requests are considered and doing their best to ensure you leave as a satisfied guest. My advice to future guests is simple: if you have any requests, don't hesitate to ask politely and communicate with the team. You will find people who genuinely try their best to help and make your stay special. The restaurant, with its beautiful views, and the spa services are both excellent and add so much to the overall experience. I also noticed some comments about certain breakfast options being available at an additional cost. Personally, I see this as a positive approach. It helps reduce food waste, and some dishes require special preparation by a chef, so it makes sense that they may come at an extra cost. Besides, the complimentary breakfast options are already satisfying and offer plenty to enjoy. The snack time is also very fair and well respected, which is another thoughtful touch that makes guests feel valued. One small reminder: the staff are human, too, and despite their dedication, they may occasionally forget something. Don't hesitate to communicate your needs with them. You will often discover just how generous, kind, and willing to help they are. A heartfelt thank you to every member of the team for your professionalism, kindness, and generosity. You all contributed to making my stay truly unforgettable. It's the people who make the difference, and you certainly made this place feel like much more than a hotel.   We loved every part of our stay.

  Breakfast was delicious. Shared facilities were exceptional (pool, sauna, restaurant). Staff were all helpful and friendly. The tour of the Burel Factory was a huge added bonus.

  I am vegetarian, I do not eat meat or fish. Some of the food options on the restaurant menu were listed in a way that they appeared to be vegetarian but when the food arrived there was meat (bread basket included traditional bread with ham, and a side of rice&beans had ham in it). I think food descriptions on the menu could be more clear for that kind of thing.

  Dit hotel geeft je een geweldig vakantiegevoel

  De ligging, vriendelijk personeel, goede bedden, diversiteit ontbijt, diner en wijn was goed, massage was voortreffelijk.
