    Melhor custo benefício. Ambiente familiar.

    Tudo muito bom, casa bem limpa, organizada, a proprietária sempre bem disposta pra tirar as dúvidas, chuveiros bem quentes mesmo estando em um dia muito frio. Ambiente bem cuidado e com uma vizinhança tranquila.

    Apenas estava um pouco frio dentro de casa, mas nada que torne a casa desagradável. O final de semana que fomos era muito frio.
