Posizione eccellente tra la stazione e piazza della Repubblica. Appartamento al secondo piano (nota; senza ascensore) grande e confortevole, pulizia impeccabile. Il proprietario gentilissimo e ampiamente disponibile.
L'assenza di aria condizionata (sono presenti comunque due ventilatori) potrebbe essere un problema se la giornata è molto calda.
