Clean, spacious apartment and responsive host - a bit far from the historic center
Lots of space. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Had a kitchen that had almost everything you needed, even though it was all disposable. Easy street parking. Easy key access (lockbox). Never once had a personal interaction with the host so can't say much about that, except that he was very responsive when I messaged him.
Seemed really far out of town (30 minute walk to edge of historic district). The terrace was cool, but stacked with all the trash and recycling bins so you couldn't use it. It was a perfectly serviceable apartment to stay in, but it was a very basic, impersonal building and apartment, and was pretty dark. Looking around at the other options closer to town, we wished we had done something like that since historic Matera is such a beautiful, special place. It is really about the experience that you want to have in the place where you stay.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum sehr zufrieden. Besonders positiv war der Kontakt über WhatsApp. Auf unsere Fragen wurde immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet, und alles hat völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Lage war für uns hervorragend. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten: Wasser, Kaffee, Tee, Süßigkeiten und sogar ein Stück Kuchen. Gerade solche kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten sind nicht selbstverständlich und haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Eine klare Empfehlung!

GENIAL
Apartamento, bien ubicado en Matera, unos 15 minutos andando hasta el centro de la ciudad, habitaciones amplias y muy comodas, todo muy limpio, había mucho aparcamiento y Rocco muy amable en todo momento. Fue una estancia muy bonita. Volveria sin duda!
