Book this property in the light of these facts when reading the description and looking at the photos
The location of the property was very central. The apartment was clean and the kitchen contained all described utensils. There was a laundry room and the bathroom was finished to a high standard. The host sent detailed driving instructions to avoid the ZTL.
The property is accessed off a very narrow street, via a dark corridor needing artificial light, leading to a 6m wide shared courtyard, surrounded by 3 storey flats. When we booked it, the description listed a garden. There is NO garden. The outdoor seating mentioned is situated in the shared courtyard, there are no comfortable chairs within the property. It also listed parking, giving the impression there is parking available, but there is no free parking in adjacent areas and overnight parking would cost an additional €98 per week. After leaving, because of a family emergency, we chose not to return to the property when our family insisted we stay. I have been in discussions with the host, who disputes these facts.
