Extremely disappointing stay – no hot water and poor overall condition

Extremely disappointing stay – no hot water and poor overall condition

We left after just one night and found another place to stay nearby. The overall condition of the house was poor — everything felt old, dusty, and poorly maintained, with bedding that didn’t look clean. However, what ultimately forced us to leave was the lack of hot water. After the first person showered, the hot water completely ran out. The manager told us to wait 15–20 minutes, but even after waiting much longer, the water never warmed up again. We spent hours waiting and trying, while some of us had to take cold showers. This place is clearly not suitable for guests who expect even basic comfort, such as a proper hot shower.

zonder dazen is dit zeker een aanrader

mooie ligging, prachtig uitzicht, groot en vooral proper zwembad

we werden zowat opgegeten door dazen

Absolutely stunning location, wonderful hosts. Evening staring at the Tuscan countryside -perfection

Absolutely stunning location, wonderful warm hosts. Great pool, and fireflys in the treeline at night. really magical view of the rolling Tuscan hills, where olive groves, vines and forest meld into a delightful patchwork.
