    Otranto

    La struttura è in una posizione strategica a due passi da tutto mare, negozi e centro. Il patio esterno e la tranquillità sono il punto di forza della casa. Il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno per qualche problema.

    La struttura è datata necessita di diverse manutenzioni e di un cambio mobilio. Manca l’aria condizionata assolutamente necessaria, l’appartamento è dotato di 3 ventilatori ma non fanno granché per il forte caldo di agosto.

    Lokalizacja to atut, taras przed wejściem też nam się podobał. Wydzielone i zadaszone miejsce parkingowe (samochód chroniony przed słońcem i deszczem).

    Lokal taki troche w starym stylu, czuć starość albo takie stęchłe powietrze ale po wywietrzeniu zapach słabnie. Niestety elektrycznie instalacja bardzo słaba bardzo często wywala korki po włączeniu np. czajnika elek. Zdecydowanie powinna być klimatyzacja. Rolety nie zawsze sprawne. Telewizor mógłby być większy. Wyposażenie kuchni słabe, brak miejsca na przygotowanie jakiegoś jedzenia. Denerwujące drobne niesprawności jak latająca deska sedesowa, niestabilny wieszak na ręczniki i papier, brak półki na drobiazgi toaletowe itp.

    Consigliato! Casa funzionale, perfetta per due persone soprattutto se con al seguito il proprio cane. Ampi spazi esterni ben curati. Possibilità di mangiare all'esterno con alternanza sole ombra delle due pertinenze esterne. Grazie alla possibilità che viene data di passare per la tenuta adiacente si è a pochi minuti a piedi sia dalla spiaggia di sabbia che dal centro storico di Otranto. Personale gentile e disponibile.
