    Si può fare di più

    Buona la dimensione del monolocale. Ottima posizione con un minimarket nelle vicinanze e un buon parcheggio. Con una breve passeggiata si arriva in centro a piedi.

    Il bagno sarebbe da ristrutturare, sopratutto la doccia. Pulizia da migliorare. La cucina ha visto tempi migliori, le dotazioni non brillavano per qualità e pulizia. Da migliorare anche la rapidità e la cortesia di risposta da parte del proprietario (la comunicazione è solo a distanza). Non guasterebbero maggiori informazioni sul funzionamento della casa e un'accoglienza più calorosa. Consiglio di installare l'aria condizionata in modo da offrire maggior comfort sia in estate che nelle mezze stagioni (a inizio ottobre faceva molto freddo e umido ma il riscaldamento era ancora spento).

    Simple, easy, clean good sleep

    Location has parking near by. Secure safe space. Quiet sleep, clean comfy bed.

    Heating could be higher in the winter months. I did not ask though. So I dont downvote for this.
