    Insgesamt sehr schön, aber laut!

    Die Aufteilung und Größe der Unterkunft sind sehr gut und geräumig, komfortable Betten, traditionelle gute Grundausstattung, Grundsauberkeit der Betten und Bäder sehr gut, vorhandene Waschmaschine, alles für den täglichen Gebrauch und Restaurants/Bars/Eisdielen direkt vor der Tür

    Eine benutzte Damenbinde im Schlafhimmer, eine Pfandflasche von den vorherigen Urlaubern unter der Couch, mangelnde Sauberkeit unter den Möbeln und in den Zwischenräumen der Couch, extreme Lautstärke des Stadtlebens bis tief in die Nacht (im Hochsommer nicht möglich, die Fenster zu schließen, da weder Klimaanlage, noch Lüfter vorhanden sind), früh morgens wird der Müll (besonders Glasflaschen) entsorgt, was insgesamt erholsame Nächte erschwert. Die Elektrik ist stark veraltet, die Sichereung fliegt regelmäßig raus, sobald man 2 Herdplatten benutzt.

    Wunderbare Gegend , leider falscher Vermieter.

    Die Lage war gut.Die Bevölkerung sehr nett. Einkaufen war im Supermarkt möglich.

    Abfluss im Badezimmer, Dusche und Waschbecken komplett verstopft. Boiler der Dusche , Schalter für Warmwasser suchen müssen. Lüften in Bad nicht machbar. Das schlimmste: Anreise erst ab 15.h , da darf man nicht zum Haus fahren, da ZST Zone.Man konnte bei 39 Grad, alles Gepäck 500 m vom Parkplatz Bergauf in Wohnung 2Stk. schleppen. Dann gab es im Ort Parkplatz, der durfte nur bezahlt genutzt werden. Für Parkplätze 500 m entfernt gabs für 1 Auto Genehmigung ohne Kosten. Dann einmal auf Parkplatz im Ort mit Ausnahme Genehmigung gestanden, 46 € Strafe. Grund, die Genehmigung war dafür nicht ausgestellt. Müll: Sollten Müll entsorgen, in Säcken, die nicht vorhanden waren. Dann sollte man Müll zum Makler Büro bringen.. Hatte den mitgenommen und zuhause entsorgt. Auf Bild vor Buchung war Balkon , den gibt's gar nicht. Mit diesem Vermieter werden wir keine Unterkunft mehr buchen .

    Gorgeous views, pleasant house

    The house is a lovely and quaint two storey apartment situated in a beautiful part of Pieve. Pieve itself has everything you need and you can opt to stay in the village and enjoy the views over Lake Garda.

    If you do decide that you would like a swim in the Lake you are in for a bit of a drive down to the Lake. If you leave before 10 AM there is a direct route down the hill, after that it is closed for most of the day and you have to take the long way round. Swimming can also be done in the lovely swimming pool in Pieve.
