Great spot
Beautiful, very old building. Excellent location to get a real feel of Granada. Comfortable bed.
Standard double a little small with not much space to put things. Sound travel from neighbouring rooms possible due to age building.

don't come
The location is fine, 10min walk to each tourist attraction
We arrived in the morning and we didn't expect to check-in, we just wanted to store our cases but one female employee kept picking on us that we arrived so early. I don't know if she did the same to other customes but it was so unfriendly to us. The room is extremely cramped. We can't even lay one case flat on the floor, and there's literally no room to move around. There's no ventilation in the bathroom, so it gets really damp and humid, especially after taking a shower. The entire place is so dark and gloomy that it feels like somewhere a vampire would live. The courtyard is not as nice as other reviews make it sound. You can take photos anywhere in the Generalife Gardens at the Alhambra, so there's really no reason to stay at this place just for photos.

We stayed for 5 nights. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Old world charm as it is an ancient Renaissance Palace built in the 16th century. Its location is excellent as it’s in the Albaicin area which is a World Heritage site and within walking distance of many sites.
Bedroom was quite small. Bathroom very small without any shelving or space to put toiletries.
