A property in a wonderful village.
Contact with the host was easy, even though it was outside of Booking.com channels. Check-in was straight forward with one of the venues representatives meeting us on site. The same for when checking out, she came to meet us to hand beck the deposit.
When looking for a place to stay, the criteria was to include locations that allowed pets to stay, I booked a property with the same name as this and paid, after payment had cleared I received a message to say that the property I had booked was not suitable for pets and i should accept the cancellation and book in a different named property, which seemed to be in the same building. This new property was also more expensive. On arrival, the fridge freezer in the property was not turned on. And the beds were not made, they were set up with the day blanket but we had to make the beds with sheets ourselves. There are no air conditioning units in the property, only a portable fan. WiFi was not offered and I didn't find any info pack in the apartment which might give a WiFi code. Thankfully I had the hosts number and his key holder should any emergency contact need to be made.

NO ME GUSTÓ NADA DEL ALOJAMIENTO. LO UNICO DESTACABLE ES LA PROPIA POBLACIÓN DE RELLEU QUE ES BONITA.
EL ALOJAMIENTO NO CUMPLIÓ NINGUNA DE NUESTRAS EXPECTATIVAS. DEFICIENTE LIMPIEZA, ROPA DE CAMA CON MANCHAS Y TOALLAS DESGASTADAS. MUEBLES DESVENCIJADOS Y ANTIGUOS. TODO MUY VETUSTO Y ANACRÓNICO. ADEMAS LA CONSTANTE PRESENCIA DE MOSQUITOS. COGIMOS DOS APARTAMENTOS PARA UNA SOLA NOCHE. A PESAR DE TENER LIMITE PARA EL CHEK OUT HASTA LAS 11, A LAS 9 H DE LA MAÑANA EL PROPIETARIO YA NOS ESTABA APREMIANDO PARA ABANDONAR EL APARTAMENTO, ADUCIENDO QUE TENÍAN QUE LIMPIAR PORQUE ENTRABAN NUEVOS HUESPEDES. PRETENDÍA QUEDARSE CON LA FIANZA DE 100 €, ACUSÁNDONOS DE HABER PERDIDO UNA LLAVE, CUANDO LA LLAVE ESTABA PUESTA EN LA PUERTA DEL APARTAMENTO. UNA EXPERIENCIA LAMENTABLE, PARA OLVIDAR. NO VOLVEREMOS.

Estancia horrible. Nada recomendable
Ubicación tranquila
Ninguna limpieza en el alojamiento, muebles muy viejos y deteriorados, las cortinas de los baños muy sucias y con óxido, colchón sucio con restos de otras personas(cabellos) la cama supletoria que te ofrecen y por la que pagas 35€, es el sofá que hay en el salón que mide 70cm. Las camas estaban si hacer, tuvimos que hacerlas nosotros, le trasladamos todas estas quejas al propietario, y después de comprobarlo, su única respuesta fue que era así.
