Fantastic place, book it if it is available, you wont regret it!
We loved everything. To start with the Host was amazing - very friendly and accommodative. Location was fantastic - right in the old town, just a 3 minute walk to the harbour. Lovely restaurants / taverns around. Big supermarket just a short walk. Very close to the beach (depending which beach you want to go, but we were going to Nea Chora one and it was only like a 10-15 minute stroll). Very close (6 minute walk) to the main bus stop where you have connections to the Airport and other Crete cities / popular beaches. Couldn't recommend more!
We only regret that we couldn't stay longer!

Daniel, the owner and host, is a beautiful, generous, extremely helpful human being who made the stay extra special. The location can't be beat.

A real Home from Home and would stay here again !
Location !! Perfect location , a hundred yards from the harbour on a fairly busy street .. but once you shut the windows and terrace door it was perfectly quiet . You are above Phyllo , a bakery by day and small cocktail bar by night .. what’s not to like !!! The owners ,Manolis and Eleonora are perfect hosts , nothing is too much trouble including Manolis travelling 45 mins in the rain , then getting wet helping us with our suitcases when we left .. a true gentleman… Eleonora will reply very quickly to any messages .. and nothing is too much trouble for the family .. a clean , quiet spacious room ( 201 top floor ) with a a mezzanine .. despite arriving later than we should have , Manolis was there to meet the taxi ( you can’t drive into Kondilaki street ) after midnight to help with our cases …. A lovely week and if we do come back to Crete we will definitely stay here .
