Location, nice new building, room with plenty of space and well equipped. Cleaning crew friendly and responsive.

Main issue the pool bar (the Kraken) has unacceptable noise (music) levels even during rest hours (15-17:00) for being so close to the rooms. Does not match at all the serenity advertised. Mgt needs to decide if they value more the bar or the stay.
