Appartamento centralissimo, perfetto per chi arriva in stazione ma comodo anche per chi arriva in auto grazie al garage compreso nel prezzo(io non ne ho usufruito) All'interno dell'appartamento è tutto perfettamente funzionale come a casa, la terrazza è veramente un plus!

The flat is ideally located, a few steps to the Teatro Rossini, Pavarotti statue also nearby. Just a four minute walk from the train station. We made good use of the enormous terrace: ideal for Breakfast, and also evenings.

Voll ausgestattet, zentral mit großem Balkon.
Für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 großen Kindern nicht optimal. Empfehlung max. 3 Erwachsene.

Apartament położony na początku pieszej drogi do ścisłego centrum. Apartament znajduje się na pierwszym piętrze (w budynku jest winda) a w nim w pełni umeblowana kuchnia( z talerzami, garnkami,ekspresem do kawy i kapsułkami) połączona salonem. Osobny zamykany pokój z dużym łóżkiem. W całym apartamencie klimatyzacja. Pięknym taras z duzym stołem. Zdjęcia apartamentu są rzeczywiste. Apartament jest piękny i czyściutki. Duży plus za pralkę i zamykany garaż podziemny.. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem który był cały czas chętny do pomocy. Polecam zatrzymać się w tym apartamencie odwiedzając Pesaro. Pozdrawiam Kasia z Polski

Struttura molto bella e arredata con grande eleganza. Consigliata.
La struttura è veramente curata nei minimi dettagli, molto elegante e ben arredata. Ho trovato tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno e ho apprezzato la premura del responsabile. La posizione è ottima perchè è a due passi dalla stazione, e letteralmente nel cuore del centro storico di Pesaro, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva facilmente al lungomare. Consigliata!
