Disagree with the average rating - this is barely a 7

Easy check in with quick communication

First problem is the sofa bed - OK my fault -it was declared in the segment of the reservation, but not clearly indicated in the description ("one bed room" - it is not, it's "one sofa-bed room"). As a matter of fact it's the first time in my 40 years of travelling that the only bed available is a sofa. No instructions about how to set the temperature in the room, no blanket available. Some spider webs on the ceiling. Strong ambient deodorant (horrible) impregnating everything, body and clothes and sticking on you on the following day. Shower with low water pressure and random switch from warm to cold.

suggerirei un comodino con lampada a fianco del divano letto altrimenti occorre alzarsi prima di dormire per spegnere la luce centrale
