    Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we felt at home from the very beginning. Everything was perfect and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended! ❤️

    Villa vista mare situata nell'old Town di Nikiti con spazio esterno dotato di tavolo e 4 sedie. Casa estremamente attrezzata e fornita di ogni servizio ed accessorio utile al soggiorno (es. 2 phon per capelli, lavatrice, stendino, moka, ombrellone per la spiaggia). Comodo parcheggio privato. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con biscotti, fichi, acqua, caramelle e una bottiglia di vino offerti

    Cuscini non comodissimi, camere da letto un po' calde (ma il climatizzatore era a disposizione nel corridoio per cui è sufficiente tenere le porte delle camere da letto aperte)

    good experience

    Mr Foivos is a wonderful host, he was waiting for us at arrival and explained everything with kindness and a smile (not everybody does!). he was very helpful and responsive in the days that followed regarding any questions or concerns. The house is located in the old part of the city, accessible on foot via a lovely walk downhill (i think at least 20 minutes) making the uphill return trip perhaps a bit more tiring, BUT there are some supermarkets/bakery/butcher shop 5 mins from the house! We had a car (and there is parking right in front of the house). The house has everything needed for a stay and looks just like the photos! The neighbors are quiet, and there is a beautiful view of the sea and mountains to the side.

    the staircase leading to the top floor is a bit steep (if one really wants to nitpick), but honestly very manageable.
