Alcune mancanze ma la posizione è ottimale per raggiungere le più belle spiagge del Salento.
Parcheggio gratuito comodissimo di fronte alla casa. Dista pochi passi dal centro di Leverano paese molto vivo la sera e pieno di locali. Struttura ben arredata e molto pulita. Il gestore ci ha fatto trovare cose per la colazione e birre fresche in frigo.
Purtroppo la mancanza di aria condizionata con queste temperature si è fatta sentire e nonostante i quattro ventilatori presenti in casa, la notte, è stato difficile riposare. La casa è risultata molto calda e con mancanza di finestre ai bagni, e non è presente l’aspiratore. Le camere essendo comunicanti devono essere attraversate da chi vuole recarsi al bagno posto nella parte terminale della struttura. Diciamo che il basso prezzo è giustificato dalle mancanze di cui sopra.

Había mosquitos Era frío. No tenía calefacción y cobran 25 € por persona para la ropa de cama.

Mit Vorsicht zu genießen!
Die Vermieter sind super nett! Auch wurden Getränke und Knabbereien für uns bereit gestellt. Sich nach unsere Nachfrage ob wir später Abreisen können war kein Problem. Aber für 5 Stunden länger 30€ zu verlangen finde ich nicht ok. Zumal wir die letzten Mieter dieses Jahr dort waren.
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dunstabzugshaube hatte keine Funktion. Beim Herd musste man aufpassen , sobald es nass war hat man ein Stromschlag bekommen und das ist ein Ausschlusskriterium !!!!! Gut die Sicherung ging dann raus aber im Urlaub kann man auf so was verzichten . Zumal das auch dann der letzte Urlaub dann sein kann! Vermieter wurde kontaktiert und hat das alles sehr gelassen genommen. Seine Antwort: es ist normal in dieser Wohnung mit dem Herd. He? Hallo???? Geht's noch!? Nun ja 1 und letzte mal in der Unterkunft gewesen. Ob ihr dort Urlaub machen könnt/wollt in der Wohnung? Die Antwort erübrigt sich!
