    I do not recommend it

Apartment near the lake, funicular and boats

    - The furniture was worn out, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the sofa quilt was dirty and unusable. - No water, shampoo, or shower gel were provided. - The host was uncooperative from day one. We asked him to fix the air conditioning or cancel our reservation for the remaining days, but he showed no interest. - The apartment was neglected.

    Superb

Planty of room, the best location, just in the middle of the city (100 m from the Dome, 100 m from the lake), quiet and calmy place, well equipped kitchen and bathroom!

Nearly to nothing! Some of the dishes were a little dirty. The matress was a bit too soft.

Convenient, clean and easy to use.

The reachability of Leo was so easy! I couldn't use the booking.com app whilst away so I used whatsap and he was receptive there as well. He was very easy to communicate with and thorough in delivering entry instructions.

Nothing! Couldn't ask for a better stay in Lake Como, incredibly central and easy to access, as well as very lovely apartment. Would recommend for a short stay with friends or getaway as a couple.
