    Exceptional

    The apartment is spacey and clean, the facilities are excellent, the concierge lady, Stephanie, was an angel. Our daughter had an unexpected health problem and Stephanie helped us through what would otherwise have been a communication disaster. She not only spoke to the Italian-only emergency person on our behalf but she insisted on accompanying us to the emergency room in the middle of the night. This besides the fact that she's been extremely helpful and kind, in general.
