    A lovely, simple Italian apartment with parking and garden!

    It was great for the centre of Monticiano and the villa we used for the wedding we attended. Comfy beds and good shower.

    It would have been lovely to have our own ironing board and iron - although the hosts were very helpful in getting us one.

    A wonderful stay in a wonderful location mared by unforgiving host. Make sure you leave before 10am.

    The property was amazingly clean and had a lot of lovely extra touches. English and Italian instructions and information about the local area. Tea, coffee, breakfast snacks are provided.

    10 am check out. A bit early. Our BAD- we thought it was 11am. However, as soon as we were reminded it was 10 am we quickly dressed and packed. This did not prevent the owner from having an unnecessary go at us. We were out of the property by 10.20.
