    Excelente casa e localização

    Localização ótima! Local tranquilo, repleto de natureza, silencioso e com ótimos vizinhos. Facil acesso ao Sul e principalmente ao norte da ilha. Proximidade da lagoa, tem mercado que da pra ir a pé. Camas excelentes, roupa de cama limpa, chuveiro ótimo!

    Amamos tudo e sabíamos do local mas eu nao ficaria sem carro na casa...

    Nice, spacious house. The owner even gave us a kids body board and some toys for our kid. The garage was spacious. Checking in and out was easy. The kitchen was well equipped.

    The bed mattresses were very stiff, the pillows old and too flat. The owner replaced the pillows with some better ones but still they were not very comfortable.

    If I ever return to Florianópolis I'll be back to this house

    The house is beautiful. It has 2 bathrooms. One at the first floor and the other on the second floor. It has it's own parking lot. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is great.
