És molt espaiós. És un estudi però molt ben distribuït. És molt tranquil. S'aparta molt fàcilment.
L'únic que potser diria és que havíem d'agafar el cotxe queda una mica separat del centre de Sao Roque però per contra tens molta tranquil·litat.

Las mejores instalaciones son de gran tamaño, el baño está bien
Las camas son de muelles y ya son viejas. Se notan mucho los muelles y las almohadas son terribles. Grandes y durísimas. El sofá es para mí usar
