    Don’t!

    My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. The hosts were rude, unprofessional, and very difficult to communicate with. They rarely responded to messages, making the entire experience frustrating. It felt as though their only concern was getting paid, rather than providing good hospitality or caring about their guests. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of other accommodations where guests are treated with respect and professionalism.

    Overall, the apartment is really well located. Even though there is no AC, it was never hot and always breezy lots of e

    The property is perfectly located in proximity to attractions, commerces, etc. on a lovely street, and in a quiet building.

    The property could be better maintained and cleaned (I had brought disinfecting wipes to wipe the floors for my baby to crawl on and it seems like the living room and bedroom floors were not cleaned). The shower stall is really small and the drain backs up quickly, thereby filling the shower floor very fast. We also didn’t appreciate that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and no tissues/paper towels in the apartment.

    Great location, pleasant stay

    Hosts communication was brilliant. Very friendly and informative. Location was great

    Certain areas (mainly floors) require better cleaning. Towels and bedding have seen better days, but were clean. Needs more pillows on sofa bed to allow for the dip at the headend.

    Lidi and her husband are great people and very helpful.

    The location is perfect. The supermarket is just 80 m from the apartment. You reach the center by going down the stairs. The train station Rossio to Sintra is just a few minutes on foot.

    Lidi should renovate the bathroom and clean better.

    Very good

    Place is very good - in old city and owner is very friendly.

    Need to take a second look to cleanse - sofa, bathroom curtain, sheets and towels. Apartments floor seems not to be clean before our stay too.
