    Great potential but....

    The views and Dona Emilia (the house caretaker). Fresh bread delivered, spacious living space on 1st floor.

    Very tight car access and no parking at the house. What we thought was an "old house smell" on the ground floor, turned out to be serious damp and mould issues. The main bedroom wardrobe was unusable. Damp rotten wardrobe shelf found in another room. Shower water temperature was very unstable especially when more than one person is having a shower. Kitchen electrics (extractor and microwave wall socket) unsafe as when plugging the appliances in, we got an electric shock. Kitchen was very dark and ceiling main light was missing. The fridge takes a good few hours to get cold. Outside area overgrown and not particularly looked after. The house has great potential but needs some investment to address serious issues.

    Férias relaxadas em sossego absoluto

    Ambiente de uma autêntica casa de férias. Espaços amplos. Vistas maravilhosas sobre a Serra do Gerês. A varanda é muito agradável, protegida pela sombra do castanheiro.
