A ESTADIA SERIA BOA, SE O ALOJAMENTO ALUGADO, ESTIVESSE ACESSÍVEL EM EXCLUSIVO A NÓS.
LOCALIZAÇÃO CENTRAL.
O PROBLEMA DESTE ALOJAMENTO É O FACTO IMPORTANTE DA CASA DE BANHO EMBORA RESERVADA PARA NÓS, SE ENCONTRAR LOCALIZADA NUMA ZONA MISTA, EM QUE O OUTRO ALOJAMENTO TAMBÉM DISPÕE DO DIREITO DE USUFRUTO DO MESMO ESPAÇO - CASA DE ESTAR E COZINHA - ONDE SE ENCONTRA A DITA CASA DE BANHO. E ASPECTO IMPORTANTE, NÃO FOMOS AVISADOS ANTECIPADAMENTE DESTA IMPORTANTE PARTICULARIDADE. E ESTE ASPECTO DIMINUIU A CLASSIFICAÇÃO DO ALOJAMENTO -NÃO DO QUARTO- . O QUARTO É SIMPLES, FUNCIONAL, CUMPRE NA ESFERA A QUE PERTENCE, A PRÓPRIA VILA CIRCUNDANTE.
