    Wonderful stay in an original townhouse

    Picturesque townhouse in a wonderful location. Plenty of space for 4 people. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge too. Aircon too, so comfortable all day. Wonderful view and atmosphere on small roof terrace

    Steep stairs to the roof terrace which were fine for us. Some maintenence issue which were resolved by the owner very quickly.

    A fantastic stay and experience

    Casa Castelo is really fantastic. Full of charm, with very good taste in terms of decoration. Owners did a great job in renovating the house, maintaining the charm of a traditional historic house with all the comfort of a new house. The terrace with its 360 view over the village and the castle is really amazing. It was very clean and comfortable, the check in very easy and the owners very responsive to any need or question. Location just by the entrance of the castle and in the center of the village is great. Highly recommend this house. The village of Castelo de Vide is definitely worth visiting
