    Hermosas vistas y tranquilidad, pero sin agua caliente

    La propiedad tiene una tranquilidad y unas vistas inmejorables. Es como tener una tele prendida con las vistas de Rio. Cómodo y sencillo.

    Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente, que aunque el anfitrión nos dio una respuesta con que era un problema general por falta de agua, no tuvimos agua caliente las dos noches que paramos ahí. Contestó los mensajes con mucha rapidez pero no tuvo gran preocupación por resolver el tema.

    One of the best stays we had via booking.

    Great details of the flat equipped with all needed, very clean, great view from balcony, kind neighbors, great communication from the owner and very comfortable flat. We didn’t have much problems asking for uber.

    Per repetir. La ubicació és espectacular! Tan per les vistes com pel barri de Santa Teresa, que és súper interessant i ple de racons i restaurants. En Matthias és molt atent i està pendent de qualsevol dubte que puguis tenir, qual cosa fa que et sentis molt ben acollit. Les instal·lacions de l’apartament estan molt cuidades i el llit és molt còmode.

    Unbezahlbare Ausicht

    Die Aussicht von Balkon ist fantastisch. Hier kann man den Tag wunderbar beginnen und ausklingen lassen.Am besten mit den frischen Baguettes von der Bäckerei an der Tram-Haltestelle um die Ecke. Uber war bei uns kein Problem: Nach 5 Minuten hatten wir immer einen Fahrer. Zur berühmten Treppe kann man bei Tag laufen - das sind keine 500m die sich sehr sicher angefühlt haben. Die historische Straßenbahn nach unten konnten wir kostenlos benutzen - einfach einsteigen. Tickets gibt es an der Haltestelle und an Board nicht.

    Es war alles top. Was mich anfänglich überrascht hat: die Unterkunft liegt im Erdgeschoss. Die Aussicht ergibt sich durch die Lage am Hang.
