Unieke plek die ook nog eens heel leerzaam is
Gezellig huis dat zo is ingericht dat je van alles kunt leren over de geschiedenis van de woning. En op veel plekken hangt een uitleg over wat je ziet. Erg leuk en sfeervol gedaan. Elk vertrek heeft zijn eigen thema (muziek, eten, studie). Handig is dat er 2 bureaus aanwezig zijn waar je aan kunt werken mocht je dat willen. De bedden slapen goed. De badkamer heeft een prima douche met goede straal die wordt voorzien van warm water via een 80 liter elektrische boiler. Het huis was zeer schoon en hygiënisch, wat extra bijzonder was vanwege de inrichting met veel spullen over de historie. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Keuken voorzien van oven, magnetron en vaatwasser en er is zelfs een wasmachine aanwezig. Ruime koelkast met een vriesdeel met 2 laden. Gratis parkeren kun je in de buurt van de woning. Goede uitvalsbasis: de hele Algarve is goed en snel bereikbaar.
De oven is wat te klein voor bijv. een pizza, maar als je de pizza vooraf in 4 stukken snijdt, past het wel. Gelegen aan weg met klinkers waardoor je het verkeer hoort in huis tijdens drukke momenten.

Really nice stay, location was great
The location is excellent, a very short walk from all the cafes and facilities in Silves. The flat is unique and the décor is very interesting. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Oui, l'hôte réside juste au dessus. Elle est venue se présenter, nous faire découvrir la maison et proposé de répondre à nos questions au besoin. La décoration atypique de la maison en fait tout son charme.

Lovely characterful property
A lovely house, very comfortable and with vintage furniture and collections of china, books, music etc. A home from home, warm and well equipped. Rosario settled us in and was very helpful and friendly. Ideal location for walking into town, but quiet and with small supermarket very close by.
