Nice two-floor house all for ourselves. Superclean beach and good restaurant around the corner. A small patio with access from the kitchen. Washing machine. Air-conditioning. Good lighting. Nice TV. One can make a morning run to Ponta Delgada along the coast.
Rooster next door - not ideal if you are on vacation and don't want to wake up at 6 am. The entrance door does not block any noise from the street. Youngsters riding their motorbikes until 1 am at full speed just outside of the windows. The house needs some maintenance - faucet in the kitchen, hanger and cabinets in the bathroom, need to move the holder of shampoos in the shower.
