Amazing beautiful Apartment that is located perfectly for exploring Matosinhos & Porto & Great Hosts
Great Apartment in a fantastic location to explore the area - the hosts communication was great and they made us feel very welcomed and also made us feel that no request was too much trouble - I cannot recomend this apartment and host enough - we had an amazing time and would love to return, I have never felt more welcomed and comfortable and taken care of. The apartment is decorated by someone with a high taste level that fitted us like a glove and we were in a great spot to have everything within a short walk.
There was only 1 item accross this review that I marked down and that may not bother most people - we missed having a toaster in the kitchen and thats it - Fantastic place on all counts!

Very Disappointing
The apartment is very clean and comfortable
We had a problem with both showers. Scalding hot water came out of them and we spent ages trying to adjust it to get the right temperature but impossible. I sent a video to the owner, who was away and her son also, so there was noone to come to the apartment to check the showers. We spent two nights without having a shower. The owner sent someone to the apartment after we had left on Monday at 11.00 and they sent us a video showing how to adjust the temperature, a bit too late and to be honest am still not convinced. Someone should have gone to the apartment on Sunday when I sent the message, it didn´t have to be a plumber. I have apartments I rent as well through booking.com and always have someone on call if I 'm away.

O sítio certo para a família, bem localizado e armonioso.
Excelente decoração, conforto, localização e serviço. A Elsa (proprietária) foi muito amável e salvou a semana estando sempre disponível para nos ajudar com sugestões para atividades e sítios onde comer. Certamente um lugar a visitar novamente.
