  We were very happy staying at the apartment

  The location was perfect and we loved the sea view through the rooftops.

  The furniture is slightly old and shabby, the windows need clips so that they can stay open and not bang when the wind blows

  Het appartement ligt heel dichtbij het centrum en het strand!! Het is ruim.

  De badkamer is ook nog "authentiek". Het was schoon, maar zo oogt het niet. Wij hebben de verhuurder geadviseerd het te vernieuwen.

  Boa, mas podia ter sido bem melhor :-(

  Location

  O autocolismo não parava por mais de 10 min. O apartamento não tinha janelas duplas e até merecia triplas, dado o reuído, circundante. Na sala, para uma casa T2, com lotação para 4 pessoas, só tinha um sofá duplo, insufuente claramente. A máquina de lavar roupa abanava de tal forma, que o que estava em cima dela caía para o chão.

  A flat in a traditional Portuguese design in the very centre of Ericeira with a great view

  The location is awesome - 5 min walking distance from the ocean, 3 min to Ericeira centre and to the supermarket. The flat has very traditional Portuguese design and many windows and a terrace with magnificent view towards the sea and the roofs of the city. The landlord was very helpful and quick in responses. The flat was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff (incl. new washing machine) and even a pet-place, that my cat loved to sleep in.

  A bit too noisy because the house is close to the main road. The gas heater scared me at first, but then I got used to it. The price is quite high given the old furniture, windows, etc.
