Ótimo para descansar em família
Limpeza e organização da casa, pátio grande, piscina.
A localização é um bocado afastada da cidade, não há supermercados ao pé da casa.

La piscine est grande, l appartement est bien aménagé. Cuisine bien équipée
Il y avait beaucoup d araignées dans les coins en arrivant a l intérieur et extérieur de l appartement. Il manquerait la climatisation. Dommage que les propriétaires ne viennent pas se présenter a l arrivé Emplacement un peu loin du centre.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit top Grundsubstanz. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten investiert werden um den Preis zu rechtfertig
Tolle Pool-Anlage, sehr gut. Sehr großes und großzügiges Grundstück mit Orangenbäumen. Die Wohnung war groß, zwei moderne Bäder und gute große Schlafzimmer. Geräumiges Wohn- und Esszimmer inklusive Küche. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden.
Die Ausstattung der Küche war in Teilen mangelhaft. Der Ofen war in der Funktion teils defekt und schmutzig, die Ausstattung an Küchengeräten wie Pfannen, Töpfe, etc. sollte einmal komplett ausgetauscht werden. Wer kochen möchte verliert da schnell die Motivation. Der Wäscheständer fiel auseinander, die Außenbestuhlung war stark abgenutzt, zusammengewürfelt und in Teilen nicht nutzbar, Sitzkomfort war nicht vorhanden. Keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern und Türen. Fliegen und Mücken in den Räumen waren an der Tagesordnung.
