    Lyhyt matka metroilta (2&6), lähikauppa, kahviloita & pizzerioita ihan vieressä, kirkko ja kirkonkellot sananmukaisesti vieressä, samoin metro jyristelee alta talo täristen( ei keskellä yötä) 😅 Maradona Stadium kulman takana, kaunis vanha talo, sisäänpääsy helppo, upea korkea huonekorkeus, kesäisin hyvä lisä oma takaterassi sisäpihan syvennyksessä, siisteys ja kuviin vastaavuus hyvä+. Tärkeimpänä pidin kuitenkin avuliasta huoneiston omistaja Fabriziota, jos ongelmaa missä vain, hän auttoi ja vastasi viesteihin🙏

    Etelä-eurooppalaisen sisätilan ja skandinaavisen hyggen eroavuus: vahva kosteus ( sisäilman tms tuoksu), suihkutiloihin kertyvät tummat pilkut ( rakennusteknisiä muutoksia vaatisivat), ikkunoista ei kummoista näkymää: olo kuin kellarissa: liikuteltavat vahvat tummat ikkunasuojat toki hyödyllisiä kuumalla kesäkelillä. Keittiö kaipaa uunipeltiä, leivinpaperia ja terävää veistä 🙏

    Very spacious & clean.

    Washer wasn't worker & no dryer. Very noisy with airplanes flying over and church bells ringing at 8 am and train passing by.

    Příjemný prostorný byt

    Prostorný čistý byt dobře vybavený vším potřebným. Příjemné posezení na vnitřním dvorku. Blízko na metro, vlak a autobusy.
