    Personsl super lieb! Organisierte uns alles. Total unkompliziert. Sehr sehr bemüht. Lage ist ein bisschen außerhslb. In 10 Min ist man am Hauptplatz zu Fuß und dafür ist es total ruhig. Super zum erholen.

    Lodging close to the bus terminal

    Excellent staff! The Casa was close to where we needed to go in Puno. Room was comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

    La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Nancy, pour ses conseils et aides pour les réservations touristiques et transports. Le petit déjeuner étaient copieux et très bon.

    Douche tiède, chauffage en supplément. Sinon tout était très bien

    Fab, helpful, kind and clean

    The e friendly staff, clean, good location. The owner was exceptionally helpful as our train was delayed 8 hours, and still made sure we felt welcome at 2am. She also offered for us to leave our luggage for free whilst we stayed on the lake for one night. Outstanding!
