    Location

    Customer service, cleanliness Before check in, it was very hard just to talk with front desk. They were already busy. Finally I got to talk with concierge but he was very rude and unfriendly. The facility is huge but only 1 clerk was doing check in operation and it took forever. Facility, very old. It was raining very hard and rain invaded our room. I’m sure they knew some of their rooms get wet when raining but they assigned us to the room on the base floor which was flooded even when they were half empty. Overall, the stay was unsatisfactory.
