    Adequate but a bit disappointed

    Very well positioned opposite gate into Old Town. Impressive view from balcony. Large lounge. Beds comfortable. Friendly host Alexia.

    We found the kitchen very dated. Same for the whole apartment. Shower flow was very slow. Overall, not what we hoped to find. Be aware: it's within a large residential block so there's noise from other residents. Not the prettiest of settings on a major road. Most important: if you're going to sleep in the big lounge / bedroom bring good ear plugs. The owner of next door flat snores very loudly and audibly all night.

    A fantastic apartment next to old town and convenient for exploring other places via train or bus.

    This was a two bedroom apartment with kitchen and balcony looking out over the Old Town 50meters away. We were met by Federica after talking from the station which took 15 minutes. It would easily accommodate 4 adults as there are two bedrooms, we were just a couple so only used one. The apartment is opposite the Porta San Biaggio. The apartment is on the 7th floor but there is an elevator. It's perfectly located for exploring the old town. Its also easy to get the bus to other towns e.g. Otranto for the day for little expense. It was spotlessly clean and also had a washing machine to allow laundry to be caught up with. We would recommend this apartment and would return again when in Lecce. We use the train from Bari to get here which was simple and cheap. The photos are views from the apartment's balcony.
