A lovely villa (bit dated) , but our experience was marred by cash-payment pressure at the start, and unjustified deposi
Out dated inside but pleasant outside
Right from the start of our stay, we experienced constant pressure from the host and her husband (on the phone in the background) Laura seemed reasonable but her husband was speaking in the background about must pay in cash rather than through secure even told my to go to ATM , traceable channels. During our time there, we also had serious concerns that we were being monitored by cameras in living spaces due to a message we had received which would of only been said if she could see into the property. We was a family of 14 and well looked after the property we cleaned fully even though this was included in her fee. All we asked for was proof of damage to the pool they claimed and all we was sent was debris around and surface of the pool and an invoice that covered basic cleaning of a pool. We disputed due to Laura claiming the was mechanical damage (yet she could not prove this) We went from one charge after we left to threatened to take the full deposit €500 and now further billing. Seems to be money money also charged €100 early check in fee yet she was going to wave this if WE PAID in CASH the security deposit. All we required was evidence of damage we they could not provide. Personally all 14 of us would not return or recommend we stayed in many villas over 10 years and never had this sort of issue.

Super stay in Marbella for group trip
Laura was a super host. We loved the villa and all of the space to hang out. The pictures do not do it justice.
A/C in the main bedroom wasn't working but was assured this is not a known issue and would be immediately fixed after we checked out.
