Endroit au calme, bien équipé où vous pouvez vous relaxer après avoir profitez des activités de la mer et des visites. La maison se trouve à quelques km de la ville de Levanto. Je recommande

Komfortables Feriendomizil und idealer Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Ausflüge
Wunderbar gelegen mit Blick über die Hügel bis zum Meer. Sehr geräumig, neu und geschmackvoll renoviert, perfekt ausgestattet. Gleich drei Veranden und ein Balkon. Levanto, ein angenehmer Touristenort, ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Portofino, Genua. Mit dem durch die Gastgeber zur Verfügung gestellten Parkausweis kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Bahnhof, so dass sich gerade die Bahn für Ausflüge anbietet.
Einzig eine Klimaanlage könnte man im heißen Sommer vermissen. Die Veranden sind bei praller Sonne auch mit Sonnenschirmen sehr schwer zu beschatten.

Bellissima esperienza
Bellissima la vista dalla terrazza e comoda la posizione a soli 10 minuti di auto da Levanto. La casa è molto carina e accogliente. La cucina è molto ben organizzata e accessoriata. Ci è piaciuto molto il fatto di avere 2 bagni, soprattutto per una famiglia numerosa come la nostra è l'ideale. Letti molto comodi e armadi ampi. Inoltre il pass gratuito per il parcheggio sotto la stazione un bel risparmio!
Sarebbe stata utile una mensola in bagno per poggiare il beauty la prima e la seconda notte la mancanza dell'aria condizionata ci è un pò pesata nonostante i ventilatori

Appartement très spacieux, propre et agréable, avec une très belle vue. Le badge pour le parking est un vrai plus et facilite beaucoup le stationnement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter !
Seul point négatif : la climatisation manque vraiment, surtout en période de forte chaleur. Le ventilateur ne suffit pas à rafraîchir suffisamment l’appartement.

La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Spacieuse avec 2 salles de bains et plusieurs terrasses. Connexion wifi correcte. Propriétaire disponible par message.
Manque d airco, deux ventilateurs sont a disposition mais cela ne suffit pas en plein mois de juillet. Chemin en pente assez raide pour accéder au logement.
