Nice place
We enjoyed our stay at this place. The quality-price ratio was really good. The house was well positioned, in Ortigia center, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and to touristic objectives. The place was clean and it smelled nice. We didn't have problem with the hot water as there is a water boiler in the apartament.
The terrace was the main reason that we booked this place but we didn't use it because it was really hot in the day and in the evening you couldn't stay there because of the food smell coming from the restaurant below. Other than that, because the apartament is at the top floor it can get very hot inside. When the AC was on, it was ok, but once you turned it off it got really hot, especially at night.

On the whole ok few things that we should have been told about ie the door to the patio was broken and had to be forced

Parfait
Très confortable, appartement très spacieux, bien décoré et très calme. Emplacement top, pas loin du marché et de monuments magnifiques
Il manquait juste des étagères pour poser nos affaires dans la salle de bain.

To je přesně místo, kam bych se někdy ráda vrátila ....
Prostorný byt v centru Ortigia s menší terasou a posezením se nachází ve druhém patře bez výtahu (pro starší je to důležitá informace).Vybavení bytu přesně jak na fotkách. Pod okny ložnice, která má klimatizaci je pizzeria, (Pizza je dobrá za 3) přes zavřená okna není slyšet hluk. Vybavení kuchyně je dostačující, plynový sporák, lednice, kávovar, mikrovlnka a pračka. Koupelna je pěkná, k dispozici je i základní kosmetika. Na pláž je to kousek, vemte si boty do vody....kameny. Majitele bytu ( jsem neviděla) i tak vím, že je milí, rychle reaguje na cokoliv, poslal i doporučení kam na jídlo a výlety. Sousedka Antonella je také milá paní, zachránila mě hned 1.den, když jsem se zabouchla v bytě a nemohla ven😆
