We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. The location is perfect for anyone looking for the Mediterranean, a beautiful sandy beach and, above all, peace and quiet. The house is just a few steps from the beach, in an extremely quiet and almost deserted area. It really feels like a place to escape from the crowds. The sea here is particularly pleasant: the water is usually calm and the entrance is very gentle, making it perfect for children and for people who are not confident swimmers. Further out, the water becomes deep enough to also offer excellent swimming conditions for more experienced swimmers. There are only two restaurants nearby and no shops in the immediate area, which is part of what makes the location so peaceful. However, this is not really an inconvenience: there is a Mercadona supermarket about 2.5 km away, where you can find everything you need. It is easy to get there by Uber, or you can even walk if you prefer. The house itself is beautiful, with a charming bohemian character and tasteful vintage furniture. It has a lovely green yard and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is air conditioning in two of the five bedrooms, while the others have fans, which is something to keep in mind during the hottest summer days. The owner is a Spanish gentleman in his seventies, very elegant and incredibly kind and attentive. He has a slightly Italian air about him and is genuinely concerned that his guests have everything they need. His hospitality adds a lot to the charm of the place. Overall, this is a wonderful place for anyone who values the sea, a sandy beach, privacy and tranquillity. It may not be the right choice if you are looking for shops, nightlife or a lively resort, but if you want to enjoy the Mediterranean in peace, we highly recommend it.
