    foi bom, a casa é antiga, porém bem charmosa, lembra casa do interior, custo beneficio bom.

    Banheiro pequeno, chuveiro difícil de acertar a temperatura. limpeza, precisa de uma capina nas areas abertas, retirar o mato, capinar mesmo, muro baixo, sem cerca elétrica, a rua é muito tranquila por isso não importei muito com o fato desse muro baixo sem cerca.

    Muito bom, com ótimo custo-benefício.

    Espaço amplo tanto interno como externo. Estacionamento incluso. Baixela e utensílios domésticos.

    Dificuldade de chegar a uma temperatura ideal da agua do chuveiro apenas.
