The apartment had not been cleaned at all after the previous guest. I reported it immediately and was repeatedly told that someone was coming to clean it. Hours later, I discovered that nobody had come, and Wonderful Italy had become unreachable. I had to spend the night in the dirty apartment and sleep in the previous guest’s used bed linen. Wonderful Italy first confirmed to me in writing that I would receive a full refund. They later changed their position and said they would refund only €52 - essentially the cleaning fee. Even that €52 has still not reached me. When I asked them to explain why they were going back on what they had previously confirmed in writing, they stopped replying. They also acknowledged to me that they were having major problems with their cleaning team. Based on my experience, I would consider booking here at your own risk until they have resolved these internal issues. The whole process has been extremely messy and badly managed.

The only good thing about this property was the location. It is in a convenient area, but to be fair, almost every hotel or apartment in this neighborhood offers the same advantage.
This stay was a total disappointment from start to finish. Check-in disaster: The key handover was a complete mess. There was zero information, no support, and they actually handed me the keys to the wrong apartment! Because of their mistake, I was finally able to enter around 20:45. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even apologize for this massive inconvenience. Poor navigation: There are no informational signs anywhere. For someone visiting this place for the first time, finding the apartment is extremely difficult. Building & Amenities: The elevator is highly problematic and unreliable. Inside the apartment, there was no remote control for the air conditioner, making it impossible to use. Cleanliness: The apartment was poorly cleaned, full of dust and visible spiderwebs. Terrible Customer Service: I asked the staff what offer or price adjustment they could provide if I booked again for June 3rd, and they completely ignored my message and never replied. It is truly pitiful. I will never return to this place, and due to the severe stress and delays caused by the key mix-up, I expect a partial refund. Avoid this place!

fantastic location, overlooking the bustling market square. The balcony was lovely.
keys were picked up at a nearby location. Communication with the letting agent was a bit slow but they were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check out late which was fantastic and much appreciated.
