  Hôte sympathique, mais logement décevant.

  Angelo est un hôte très agréable et réactif, courtois et disponible. Il est de très bon conseil en ce qui concerne les activités, restaurants, visites, et réponds rapidement par whatsapp. L'appartement est bien situé dans le castello, et le plus est de pouvoir disposer d'une place de parking à proximité, ce qui est rare. Notez qu'il ne faut pas une grosse voiture pour pouvoir circuler dans le centre. La climatisation fonctionne tres bien.

  Bien noter que les chambres sont situées en mezzanine, et basses de plafond, donc pas pour les grands! sans réelle séparation avec l'espace de vie. La deuxième chambre qui est en enfilade de la première ne possède pas de rideaux à la fenêtre, ce qui est gênant. Les matelas ne sont pas confortables et pas propres car tachés et sans protèges matelas. L'entrée directement sur la pièce de vie, il faut aimer. Quelques voisins bruyants au dessus, le repos est difficile, même après 23h. Globalement humide avec peinture qui se détache par endroit et qq taches de moisissure... mériterait un rafraîchissement. Équipement quelconque. Pas extraordinaire. Bon pied à terre pour 2 ou 3 jours, pas plus. A mon sens ne mérite pas la note tres élevée qui lui est attribué.

  Exceptional

  This beautiful apartment is in the heart of the old town. It has two floors. Very comfortable and clean place with modern facilities. The AC and wi-fi work perfectly. I loved the view of the port from upstairs. Angelo is very easy to communicate with. We got all the information we wanted and a free parking space. Near the house we found a bar, gelateria and the restaurant we dined in. The via Stretta is very quiet and picturesque.

  Exceptional

  The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the charming, historic district of Cagliari, on a beautiful street full of flowers. It’s an excellent base for exploring the city, with great cafes and restaurants nearby, yet it’s quiet and peaceful. Additionally, the apartment has parking, which is a huge convenience, as finding a spot in this part of the city is quite difficult. The apartment is well-equipped; we found everything we needed during our stay, including a beach umbrella. And it’s clean—very clean! The internet is fast, and the air conditioning is efficient—the apartment is truly fantastic! But even better is the wonderful host, Angelo! He is incredibly kind and helpful, sharing great recommendations, suggesting his favorite spots, reserving the best table for us at a restaurant with a stunning view, and even telling us some interesting anecdotes about the place and the city. He made our stay in Cagliari unforgettable, and we are so grateful to him! Casa Flora is a special place that we highly recommend to anyone visiting Cagliari!
