    Ok, but paying more for the location

    The location of the property along with the parking spot was the first reason for booking this property and indeed it fitted our needs. The property itself is ok, more attention to details would make a difference, like - leaking shower, a better quality for the amenities provided (soap, coffee). A wasching machine would be also helpful.

    All the windows are situated on the interior building side, they were matte and always gave the impression of not enough light inside. Also a downside for the ventilation of the apartment. The lift in the building is old and malfunctioning, stopped between floors. It was also very noisy, but luckily there was no intense usage during the night.
