  Good expensive place

  Very spacious and warm, new apartment so extremely comfy, decent beds, bathroom with window

  Smell of chicken when we entered, the price is really really high for the location and the value in general (I am a local)

  Overall we had a very pleasant stay in the apartment.

  The apartment was very pleasant to stay in, newly renovated ,it had nice personal touches. The bed was very comfortable , nice bed linen, and the small balcony off the bedroom has a lovely panoramic green outlook, as does the bathroom and 2nd bedroom. There is also a narrow balcony off the living area which looks on to the street. The photos are a true representation of how the apartment is. Parking was easy on the street outside. The town is very quiet, there is a cafe at the castle and a supermarket 5 mins away. It is approximately 10 kms from Asti and well located for visiting many towns in the Monferrato area.

  The apartment is on the 2nd floor so approximately 40 steps with our heavy suitcases. There were a couple of initial issues as we were only the 2nd guests to stay, but the host was very responsive. It would have been better if there was a washing machine, maybe that is yet to come.
