  Dear Booking.com Customer Service, We are submitting a formal complaint regarding our accommodation in Valencia, booked through Booking.com for four adults from 9 to 14 October 2026, for a total amount of €682. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable five-night holiday turned into an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience. 1. MISLEADING ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION The apartment was advertised and booked as accommodation suitable for four adults. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment was effectively suitable for only two people. The additional sleeping arrangement consisted of a small, single-person sofa bed in the living room, directly next to the kitchen, which two adults were expected to share. We consider this arrangement completely inadequate for four adults and inconsistent with the accommodation description provided at the time of booking. 2. WE WERE UNABLE TO ENTER OUR APARTMENT EVERY SINGLE NIGHT This was by far the most serious issue. During all five nights of our stay, from 9 to 14 October, we experienced repeated failures with the electronic access system. Every evening, we returned to the apartment at approximately 9–10 PM, only to discover that we could not open the door. On every single night, we were forced to wait outside for hours, sometimes until approximately 1 AM, before finally being allowed to enter the accommodation we had already paid for. We were required to photograph ourselves standing outside the locked apartment, send these photographs to the support team, communicate repeatedly through online chat, and wait for a maintenance technician to arrive. This was not an isolated incident. It happened repeatedly throughout our entire five-night stay. Despite our repeated requests for a functioning physical key or a permanent solution, the problem was never properly resolved. 3.   Dobra lokalizacja, wyposażenie kuchni, wygodne łóżko

  Brak okna w obiekcie. Hałas po drugiej stronie ulicy (budowa nowego bloku mieszkalnego). Poza tym, wolałbym mieć fizyczny klucz do obiektu, a nie otwierać go za pomocą aplikacji, bo parę razy telefon niemal mi się wyładował...

  Clean and cozy

  The property was close to the beach

  The location to the city was 1.6 miles away but once we figured out the bus system it wasn’t too bad. We also had problems with cockroaches each day so I would recommend getting an exterminator in to fix the problem. Not having an outside window makes the apartment feel very small.
