    V&A on the Quay

    Good location on the Quay. Loved looking out the window towards the Tay bridge. Really easy walk to the V&A which was the main purpose of the visit

    Good apartment, superb views, great location, poor response from management to major problem in flat

    Located by the river Tay - spectacular views across the river and of the Tay bridge - within easy walking distance of Unicorn ship, V&A museum, Discovery boat and museum town centre. Appt- great location- designated car space - spacious rooms- comfotable lounge, lovely views, very comfortable beds, central heating good.

    Maintenance - 1) had problem with door/windows iin lounge - repair guy there within 30 mins - not fully fixed but at least it was now fully closed 2) major problem with toilet. Each time it was flushed, water cascaded down the wall and pooled on the floor until the cistern filled. We were there from 9-11th Oct , phoned them once, text them twice- they replied twice saying the problem had been passed to maintenance as a priority. Nothing at all was done. Very stressful as half expecting the problem to get much worse. Minor - 3 dining seats in lounge slightly torn / cabinets in the kitchen had their surfaces either slightly warped or were coming away from the cabinets

    Not a place I’d come back to stay again.

    Lovely view of the water and bridge. Very quiet neighborhood. All rooms looked nice and clean. Kitchen is quite well equipped for longer stays. Had a welcoming bottle of prosecco waiting for us which was nice. The check in person Sean was quite responsive and helpful the first evening and next morning.

    WiFi stopped working after the first evening. Messaged and called for help but couldn’t get help. Shower water temperature turned cold then scolding hot. Laundry machine wasn’t working properly. Took a few attempts on our own to restart and finally made it to work somewhat. There was a smell when entering the apartment.

    The flat has so much potential but was spoiled by the cleaning issues. Cannot fault the sales Rep.

    The location, with glorious views

    Kitchen was in need of a deep clean, ovens were not cleaned, the extractor fan was caked with grease. Found several cups placed in cupboard still dirty. The fridge inside and out required a good clean before use. Also there was a musty smokey smell in the flat. The windows were very dirty inside and out.
